Baby Nora is just so sweet! She's definitely a lot more needy than Anne Parks was. If she's awake, she wants to be held, and if she's asleep, and I put her down, she doesn't stay asleep for long. After many sleepless nights, I read

Dr.
Karp teaches the "5 S's". They are swaddling, side/stomach, swinging,
shhhh, and sucking. The idea is to try to replicate the womb's environment. As you can see, Nora loves it!
