Anne Parks has become very interested in playing with her dolls lately. She loves feeding them, changing their clothes, and asking me to change their diapers. She likes these two dolls for their long hair.The other day, I asked her what her doll's name was, and she said, "Laura."
"Laura?" I asked again. She grinned and nodded, "Laura."
It turns out that my mom had been teaching her our names (Jason and Laura).
I told Anne Parks that her doll did look like my friend Laura Rackley and the other, with her dark hair, looked like my friend Katie. She liked the name Katie, too. However, the one who looks like Laura, she calls "Katie," and the dark-haired one is Laura. Anyway, welcome to the family, Laura and Katie!
